Ugodia Loving Care brings together the time-honed tradition of post-partum aftercare to provide specialized services that advance women’s health during the special weeks following delivery. We will accompany your journey to answer questions, provide the best answers, and help you feel supported and most like yourself throughout the motherhood changes and challenges.
Standard Package
$2000 per week
We are available 4 hours per day for 5 days per week. You can expect
Care for your infant as well as progress checks and documented monitoring
Infant care assistance like bathing, feeding, and diapering while you are asleep
Lymphatic massages to encourage fluid redistribution and unclog breast ducts and guided pelvic floor strengthening exercises
Intimate conversations about post-delivery body changes, sense of self, planning rest time and centering, career management, self image, and post-partum depression
Compassionate training on swaddling, increasing milk supply, hygienic practices
In-service nanny and light housekeeping
Referrals to local resources such as parental classes, pediatricians, lactation support, and motherhood support groups

Ugodia Loving Care has its roots in high quality and well- researched services. We believe that food captures and carries to individuals memories and well wishes. We wish to nourish your body at the same time that you nourish your special little one.
We offer, if desired, a menu of healthy meals and snacks specially chosen to heal the body at whichever state we find it.
We also offer the option of choosing an accompaniment who has culturally specific traditional knowledge to enrichen your experience with the invaluable traditions of your ancestorial roots. We will bring to you timeless knowledge whether it arrives from the shores of Africa or the soils of Asia.
