Lymphatic massages to encourage fluid redistribution and unclog breast ducts including pelvic floor strengthening exercises
Monitor and care for infant including progress checks and documentations
Infant care assistance with bathing, feeding, clothing
In service nanny and light housekeeping
Specialized conversations on motherhood changes
Compassionate in-home training on swaddling, increasing milk supply, and hygiene.
Referrals to local resources like parental classes, pediatricians, lactation support, and motherhood support groups

We believe in the power of food to nourish the body and capture memories. We happily offer a menu of meals and snacks specific to one’s health needs.
We also offer the option as a cultural post-partum accompaniment. One who has knowledge of care traditions from Africa all the way to Asia and can infuse your care with timeless knowledge and comforts.
